General entry is the main ticket type. Official Jan 2024 pricing lists adults at AUD $30, children aged 5–15 at $20, and students/seniors at $25; children aged 0–4 enter free.

Check family bundles before booking. Official prices are $63 for 1 adult + 2 children, $72 for 2 adults + 1 child, and $88 for 2 adults + 2 children, with each extra child priced at +$17.

Pre-book for weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Walk-ins on busy days have reported waits of 60–90 minutes, while timed tickets are the best way to secure a planned entry slot.

Choose a slot outside the busiest window if possible. Peak entry rates are usually 11:00–15:00, and weekends and school breaks are consistently more crowded than term-time weekdays.

Do not pay extra for labels that suggest premium access. ArtVo does not offer an official skip-the-line entrance, VIP ticket, or regular guided tour beyond standard timed entry.

There is no audio guide and no regular guided tour. The experience is fully self-guided, so make sure you are comfortable directing your own photos using the marked camera points.

Visit with at least one other person if photos are your priority. Many scenes work best when one person poses and another stands at the marked vantage point to take the picture.

Allow 1.5–2 hours for a standard visit, and more on crowded dates. Busy periods can stretch a thorough visit to 2.5 hours or longer because of photo queues inside the gallery.

If you use a Melbourne Flexi Pass by iVenture, confirm whether you still need to reserve a time slot. Passes can reduce costs across multiple attractions, but they do not give priority entry at ArtVo.
