Arte Museum is a great way to spend an hour or two while visiting NYC! The digital art is visually stunning! Plenty of spots for Instagram, worthy photos and video or to sit back and relax and just enjoy in quiet meditation. I especially enjoyed the final room and the New York is Art exhibition. Whether on a date, with friends, or traveling with children this outing would appeal to most anyone and I highly recommend!

Great museum with beautiful exhibits and a welcoming atmosphere. The collections are well curated, the staff is friendly, and there’s something interesting around every corner. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in New York!

This museum was super cool! The sounds, the smells and the instillations were all gorgeous! I was so impressed and giddy in all of the rooms. I felt like a big kid and had way too much fun!! The ocean room with the whales and sea turtles was my favorite!

I really enjoyed taking my time and experiencing all the exhibits. It was very relaxing as a nice air conditioned and creative stop. We loved the cafe too with the interactive tables.

Have your entry ticket ready, either in digital or printed form.

What’s not allowed

For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

Only registered service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are provided, and staff are available to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Some exhibits feature strong visual, audio, and scent effects that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Arte Museum New York operates from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and from 10am to 9pm on weekends. The last entry is 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
