My family's visit with Headout special at The Arte Museum was amazing! It had us in awe at just the first room. Big surprise that it was interactive too. At such a affordable price as well.

Our experience at the museum was absolutely amazing! The interactive art exhibitions were unlike anything we've ever experienced. Every room felt immersive and engaging, and the waterfall installation was so realistic that it truly felt like being surrounded by nature. My favorite exhibit was the interactive drawing experience where you create your own artwork and then watch it come to life on the screen. Seeing a simple drawing become part of a living digital world was incredible and a perfect example of how amazing technology can be. My daughter, who has ADHD, loved every minute of it. She even commented that her "ADHD brain was loving it," although she couldn't quite explain why. I think it was the combination of colors, movement, creativity, and sensory stimulation that made the experience so captivating. The exhibits kept her engaged in a way that is often difficult to find. I believe this museum is an amazing experience for everyone, but especially for neurodivergent individuals. The interactive and immersive environment encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration without feeling overwhelming. We left inspired, excited, and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommended!

Last week

Fantastic exhibits but the last one is by far the best with the most content so be sure you are able to spend a significant amount of time in that particular one where you will see great works of art, subway pop culture, gardens with Monet and Giverny and the building of New York and a whole lot more.Words can't begin to describe how cool this exhibit is and how much you will experience and learn. I actually bought another ticket to go again the following day.

Immersive museum was a quality experience, installations were calming! Cafe was actually the highlight.. on our drinks somehow little figues were projected, this was amusing to say the least!

What’s not allowed

For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

Only registered service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are provided, and staff are available to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Some exhibits feature strong visual, audio, and scent effects that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Arte Museum New York operates from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and from 10am to 9pm on weekends. The last entry is 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
