The visit was ideal, being able to enter without any wait. I missed having the audio guide sent to me, and Palazzo Venezia was closed without prior notice.

Impressive building. It was a little complicated to meet the person who was supposed to hand over the tickets, but understandable considering that the construction site is right next to it, so it's crowded. It was worth going up the glass elevator, great view of the city. There is also an interesting display in the museum.

After initially some confusion over our meet point Kian phoned with very clear directions and after that it was very easy acrrs to the second museum was an unexpected bonus would recommend a visit for the views of the city alone but the historic information is fantastic

It was beautiful and exciting; the tickets were easy to use. We took the elevator up to the Loggia delle Quadrighe, where we had a great view of the Colosseum, Castel Sant’Angelo, the Janiculum Hill, and the trigger mechanism for the noon cannon. The booking app works great—it lets you change your reservation times or alerts you if there are any changes. In the summer, I recommend bringing a parasol and water bottles.

Was a great experience, definitly worth a visit! But, on a bad note; headout sends QR codes that arent for admission which kind of confuses the whole situation, Had to go to the ticket desk to clarify booking. While there we realised that there is lillte to no que, and it was half the price that headout charged, So its a bit of a tourist rip off!! take a chance and buy tickets at the venue!!

Good to know: The terraces stay relatively uncrowded even at peak hours. The northern terrace gives the clearest sightline over the Roman Forum.
