Very modern train, totally quiet on the tracks. Punctual departure. Unfortunately, there is no seating at all on the platform at Milan Central Station! This is not a good service, especially for the older generation, and should be changed URGENTLY!Audrius

I booked the ticket on my way to the station. Since the trains depart avery half an hour. For someone who is counting minutes it may be painful to watch the train leaving and me not able to board as the tickets are not generated yet. In about half an hour I got them eventually. Yes the app says it takes 30 min to get them. But as usual may want them instantly! Book an hour in advance to avoid waiting. Glad I wasn't in a hurry :)Claudia
