The staff were consistently friendly, and the trains were clean and on time. Save money, use Leonardo Express! Taxis are pricey, this a much more affordable option getting to and from FCO airport/Rome. The ride was smooth and enjoyable! When we arrived at the station there were attendants helping guide us to our trains location. The train was on time, clean, and had plenty of space for our luggage. I will always use this when traveling to Rome!

One problem is that you never know exactly which train you will catch, and if you choose one earlier than the time you booked, you have to pay an extra five euros. That's not customer-friendly, as I actually thought there would be some leeway. Otherwise, everything works great.
