The train service is top-notch, but the directions to the location are incorrect—you just need to cross the street at the shuttle’s terminal, which runs from T2 to T1. Plus, without even leaving T2, the shuttle makes a stop at T2....

The Terravision office is located inside the Arrivals Area of Terminal 1 (between the door n° 7 and the door n° 8). The office is open 365 days between 6:30am and 8:30pm.

If traveling to the airport, it is recommended to choose a bus that will arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time to allow time for check-in.
