Terminal 3: Ambassador Transit Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Ambassador Transit Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge during our layover. The lounge was clean, spacious, and offered a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made our waiting time comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles and ensuring that our family felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The food selection was excellent, with a good variety of hot meals, snacks, desserts, and beverages that everyone in our family enjoyed. The comfortable seating areas gave us plenty of space to relax together, while the fast Wi-Fi and convenient charging stations were very useful. The shower facilities were spotless, modern, and refreshing, which was especially appreciated after a long flight. Everything was well organized and maintained to a very high standard. Overall, the Ambassador Transit Lounge exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, relaxing environment, and excellent amenities. It made our family layover much more pleasant and stress-free. We highly recommend this lounge to anyone traveling through Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 and will definitely choose it again on our future trips

Booking tickets was really easy to use. My daughter who wasn't travelling with us booked it by the time we arrived in the airport and received tickets within just two minutes. No fuss with booking and the lounge at Ambassador transit was comfy. Food was plenty and really had time to relax before our long flight to the UK. I highly recommend to travellers especially with long hauls flights/transfers. The staffs are also very attentive to the guests. Thank you for this experience

My experience of the lounge in Singapore was swift fast. They got me through the front front desk with ease. The showers and refreshment areas were always were kept tidy. I was there during peak times and it was well maintained the food was hot plenty of variety well topped up and the drinks were much appreciated

Serrvice was great. Can't complain. One thing that was noticeable though was the smell of cigarette smoke, which made sitting in the lounge a less than 100% relaxing experience. Whilst no one in the lounge itself was smoking, I believe the smoking room was around the corner not too far away and somehow the excreted smoke was making it's way into the lounge. Food and drink was great, as well as the opportunity to take a shower. The only other unpleasant thing was a very inconsiderate Chinese man who insisted on involving everyone into the personal speakerphone conversation he was having on his mobilephone. Completely oblivious that others were trying to enjoy the serenity of the lounge.

Service and food was great except for empty tables with dirty dishes on them. I would recommend a station for people who are done to put their dishes in.

I recently spent 5 hours at the Ambassador Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport and had a very pleasant experience. The facilities were excellent. The shower rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with all the necessary toiletries and products, making it easy to freshen up during a long layover. The seating area was comfortable and well-maintained. The only improvement I would suggest is adding more reclining or more comfortable lounge chairs for guests who want to relax for extended periods. The buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of food options available. The breakfast selection was particularly impressive, and the fresh salad bar was beautifully presented with high-quality ingredients. What truly stood out was the staff. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. Like many service staff throughout Singapore Changi Airport, they consistently provided excellent customer service and helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend the Ambassador Lounge to anyone passing through Singapore Changi Airport. The excellent facilities, delicious food, and exceptional staff make it a wonderful place to relax during a layover.
