I visit the Palazzo Ducale in Venice. I found that the price is a bit excessive (65eur, witj 1 hour guided tour ), but I went alone, and wanted to have a guide through the museum, so I gave it a try, and I was surprised. The whole experience with the ticket was straight forward. The staff was very nice and efficient, and the process was very easy. The group waited in a nice office and then we were guided directly to the Palazzo without waiting in any line. Our guide was awesome and transmitted energy and a lot of interesting facts. She was answering to all my questions with enthusiasm. Honestly, I enjoyed it a lot and the Palazzo is absolutely stunning. Thank you!

This is truly the best way to experience the Statue of David and the other historical masterpieces of the gallery without the crowds. We arrived 15 minutes early to our meetup spot, quickly received directions from surrounding employees, and got in with little to no wait. Our group of 5 was able to get through security and begin viewing art within 10 minutes of arrival with no hassle whatsoever. Once in the gallery, it was busy but still very easy to get around and view each art piece in detail due to the smaller crowds. I would recommend this experience for large travel groups or anyone with concerns about timing or crowds!

Stepping into the Accademia Gallery felt like walking into a hushed cathedral of art. And then, at the far end of the hall, he appeared — Michelangelo’s David. Nothing prepared me for it. The sheer scale, the veins under the marble skin, the coiled tension in his stance — it was so lifelike it felt as though he might step down from his pedestal at any moment. Photographs don’t even scratch the surface; in person, it’s breathtaking, humbling and almost surreal. Seeing David up close wasn’t just a museum visit — it was an encounter with genius that left me completely awestruck.

Headout was so easy to use! I was worried that because I didn't have a QR code before entering that the ticket wouldn't be accepted but don't worry! The staff at Accademia knew exactly what they were looking that, getting in was a breeze. BEAUTIFUL gallery too. I have a newfound appreciation for sculpture. Was definitely worth the money and the wait; even though the line might look long when trying to enter the gallery, it moves VERY quickly. Definitely using Headout again!

Everything went very smoothly and we didn't have to wait in line. The entrance was very well organized. We hadn't taken a guided tour or an audio guide, but the visit went very smoothly. It's crowded for sure, but you can still wander around easily, and access all the works without difficulty.

Despite the large number of people, the visit was beautiful. A big round of applause to the guys who manage the lines outside at the entrance. Such patience.
