CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5We had a problem following Headout's instructions which told us to go to a "meeting point" by the ticket office. With our other Headout trip we did meet a person who gave us a voucher. But here we needed to go into the ticket office and they gave us tickets. We wasted time and edgier going up and down looking for a representatives. Once we had our tickets we went into the Accademia straight away in our time slot. The museum is full of art treasures, but smaller than the Uffizzi and we spent an hour and a half there.LLuís C
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5First of all, the priority tickets saves us a lot of time, however, inside the Gallery we have to go to the line to change the virtual tickets to a fisical ones. The organization for the entry is perfect, several lines each one with the booking hours to the entry be made on time and with order. The gallery is very compact, every single division have a lots of information that make the visit a little bit harder to see and appreciate everything. But in overall was a delightly experiece.JJanelle B
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The tour guide was open to answering questions. He was very engaging and knowledgeable about the biography of Michelangelo and the impact of his art-painter and sculptor. The headphones made it easy to understand and hear with a group of 19. They called me when I didn't arrive ten minutes before the time. When I told them that my train was delayed, they were very accommodating and switched me to a later time so that we wouldn't miss it which I was grateful for. Highly recommend.DDemars R
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5This combination of three experiences is well worth exploring: the 360° view from the top of the Duomo is exceptional—offering a stunning panorama of Florence; the Accademia Gallery isn’t very well organized for visitors and isn’t the most interesting; and the Uffizi Gallery is magnificent! The only significant downside is that the audio guides don’t always work properly (internet access can be spotty inside the buildings), and the commentary is too general!RRenata N
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5We went during one of the first time slots, and it was very peaceful walking through the Accademia. The original David truly has a special magic; even though it’s located lower than where it was originally intended to be, it exudes a unique energy. Because it’s closer to the visitors, you can observe every detail, which makes it seem even more perfect. The Accademia has a larger collection that’s definitely worth a visit!
Skip the line and enjoy all-day access to Michelangelo’s David and masterpieces at Florence’s Accademia Gallery.
