We saw during the morning the museum, very advisable in the morning to avoid so many people. The museum is extraordinary for people who like sculpture, beautiful works by Michelangelo, but also by other artists; for people who like religious icons, they are really special to see. We also had the chance to see Venus and it was a very precious moment to see how in fact you see the artist's love for a woman through art. I would recommend the museum to everyone and would come back again. But go through it all slowly and enjoy every painting.

Super simple to book the ticket. The ticket was CHEAPER than official one and you also get the audioguide in the app (so you save another 6€). Getting the ticket was super convenient- you wait at the specific time (next to the entrance to museum) and they bring you the ticket there and give you the pdf of it. After that you just get through priority line and you do not need to wait to get in to museum at all. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Although crowded, the David is not done justice by any photograph and must be experienced in person if possible. I'm so grateful we got to have the experience of this museum and greatly enjoyed seeing many other pieces of old and beautiful art! Would absolutely recommend getting skip the line tickets because the waiting line looked atrocious. Worth it either way, but don't make yourself wait that long.

I was very glad that I met those paintings, the trinity with Saints benedict and John Gualbert by Alesso Baldovinetti, the holy trinity by Mariotto Albertinelli, the resurrection of Christ by Raffaellino del Garbo. Those paintings tell story Biblical meanings of 3 nails, Biblical theme of 3 shapes of God and story of Christ with wit of illustration and emotions of each characters, which make them more interesting and captured my eyes and interacted with me inside immiately. Those paintings were most interesting to see in the museum of Academia! Unexpected yet unforgettable. Plus, the David by sculpture of Michelangelo was amazing to see in various sides for perfect posture and expressions of his face angry and focusing on Goliath. Compared to other museums, the masterpieces in here I have seen were active, dinamic in posture and more emotional and more telling stories. As an illustrator, I've been motivated to make more fun, wild and interesting works.

Got the valid and genuine tickets; however, it would have been better if they could give the tickets in PDF instead of asking to physically go and collect the printed tickets.
