Last week

I used to take my daughter to the zoo for her birthday when she was little. So we decided to do it for her 33rd! Nostalgic and so much fun! Easy fast entry. No queues. Lovely to see not much has changed, although the reptiles have moved from their famous home. Some of the enclosures were tired and old looking which was a shame but the restaurant has vastly improved. Her favourite part was the rainforest where the monkeys were free to play around us. I loved the butterflies & baby gorilla's.

Absolutely amazing day out at London Zoo! 🦒 Well‑laid‑out, clean and peaceful, right in central London. The enclosures are spacious and natural‑looking, animals look healthy and active. Penguin Beach and Rainforest Life were my favourites. Keepers are friendly, passionate and full of interesting facts about wildlife and conservation. Highly recommend — great fun for all ages, worth every penny!

Had a nice day at the zoo shame both the lion and the tiger were so dosile also was very disappointed that there are no longer any elephants or rhinos at the zoo. It has been 30 years since l last took my young son to the zoo but I noticed that it was nothing like I remember it, it seems to have been downgraded a lot

This was the best zoo experience of my life. Clean, fun, innovative and realistic environments for the animals. They seem very well taken care of and content. This is definitely not a one and done for me. I will be back!

London Zoo brings together diverse animal habitats, giving you the freedom to shape your visit. Move between enclosures at your own pace, stopping for scheduled talks, demonstrations, and free events listed on the day’s timetable.
