Loved the London Eye experience! Was apprehenive as I hate heights but it wasn't what I expected. The views were amazing! The river boat cruise was amazing. Had a great 'guide' pointing out the land marks with lots of humour.

This combo was fantastic value and so easy to book. The London Eye gave us incredible panoramic views of the city — we could spot Big Ben, the Shard, and Buckingham Palace from the top. The Thames River Cruise was a perfect way to relax afterward, with a great guide sharing fun facts about the landmarks along the river. I used to take my daughter to the zoo for her birthday when she was little. So we decided to do it for her 33rd! Nostalgic and so much fun! Easy fast entry. No queues. Lovely to see not much has changed, although the reptiles have moved from their famous home. Some of the enclosures were tired and old looking which was a shame but the restaurant has vastly improved. Her favourite part was the rainforest where the monkeys were free to play around us. I loved the butterflies & baby gorilla's.

Didn't realise you have to line up early, not find a "group", but once we did, the line moved fairly quickly. Tickets were for 10am and we were inside by 10:10. But the audio guide (£5) - well worth it for the extra info. Lovely buildings, interesting history. Allow at least 2.5 hours for a good look around.
