We had an amazing day and the experience was absolutely worth it while visiting London. We arrived quite early, which was perfect as the place is very large and gave us plenty of time to explore everything without feeling rushed. I loved quite a bit of the experience. What I didn't enjoy was the dingy drinks bar, with no hot drinks available on site whatsoever. The staff employed to take photos of the visitors during the experience were an absolute joke, they couldn't be less interested if they tried. No effort whatsoever was made to take a half decent photo. The entire experience seems to have gone down the pan since our last visit. And the penguin enclosure was woefully disappointing, I guess there are rules/ laws on the size allowed for the amount of penguins and I'm guessing it meets that criteria. But I have to say it was not pleasant to see.
