The Aquarium was housed in a gorgeous building and really well laid out. At first we thought it was just one big tank, with viewing from lots of different angles, but there were lots of different zones and species (including penguins!) to make it really interesting and feel like excellent value for money. We support animal charities and are happy to help in animal welfare and sustainability efforts. It was great to see lots of children there, learning about the ocean, our planet and how they can help it. I think the area leading up to the Aquarium could be a bit more attractive / better signposted; we arrived in a taxi and it felt like we were in an industrial estate and weren't sure where the entrance was... The Takashi Amano exhibition was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the ONE film - although we nearly missed it, because it wasn't as well advertised. The cafe was also a very nice area to sit - the exterior area was lovely in the sun - and I'm delighted that there was a good variety of vegetarian options. I would highly recommend this attraction for visitors.

Our favorite animals were the jellyfish, the sea otters, the moonfish and the sharks.

There did not seem to be many exhibits, unless we missed them. No jellyfish. No sea horses. Not enough lifts. Long, steep ramps were difficult and stairs are impossible. My nieces loved the otters and penguins. They also loved the cable car.

Organized and clean. Unfortunately it was very crowded and it was a bit difficult for the children to see the animals as there were always people in front of them. We've been there with fewer people and it was much better
