The organization wasn't great when it came to the different departure times. Once everything was sorted out, though, our guide was fantastic, and we visited some beautiful villages with architecture that was quite different from Amsterdam's. It was a wonderful day. I highly recommend it.

We both had a wonderful experience at the windmills in Zaanse Schans and Rob our guide explained what the different windmills were being used for. Loved our Cheese and Clog tour at the farm in Edam and the choice was absolutely better than we expected. The favourite cheese for me was the Jalepeno Cheese and the Edam. Volendam was a very pretty seaside town and the perfect place to enjoy calamari and chips with a cold beer along the esplanade. Lastly we spent some time in the fishing town Marken which is actually an island and so many very nice old homes there. Perfect day trip for anybody to enjoy.
