GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5Our experience at the Barbie Museum was overall excellent! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We purchased the full package, including the SpongeBob experience, and paid around €160/-ticket, so we were really excited to experience everything. However, there was one disappointing part of our visit:we never got the opportunity to enter the Sandy Beach Cafe We tried several times morning, afternoon, evening, and even later in the evening but the queue was always too long. Since the Sandy Beach Café is such an important and beautiful themed part of the experience, I feel there should be a fair opportunity for everyone to enjoy it, even if only for a few minutes to take photos. Perhaps the museum could consider creating a dedicated photo area where visitors can take pictures without having to wait for a table. Unfortunately, once people sit in the resting areas, they tend to stay for a long time, making it difficult for others to experience the theme. I even ordered from the café, but sadly, I still didn’t get the chance to experience the Sandy Beach Café itself. Coming all the way from India and now living in Germany, this was one of the experiences I was especially looking forward to, so missing it was quite disappointing especially after spending so much on the tickets. That said, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our visit. I only hope that on a future visit, there will be a better system that gives everyone a fair chance to enjoy and photograph this beautiful themed area. Overall, a great experiencewith just one missed opportunity that hopefully can be improved in the future. It was an amazing experience—sit down in one spot for a while and let it all wash over you. Be sure to take full advantage of the entire space by walking around afterward and viewing it from different angles. I also find the mirror room very special, especially from the balcony at the end of the hall. You can stay as long as you like. We saw the Hundertwasser section yet again ❤️❤️LLuigi V
