The line at the ticket counter was pretty long, so we bought tickets online right there through Headout. It also saved us money, since we now had the combo ticket. We had our Tower of London tour at 12:00 and Tower Bridge at 14:30—that was just enough time. If you really want to see everything at the Tower of London, you’ll need more time.

At the Tower of London, I really liked the way the exhibits were designed. They were very varied and exciting to explore. The informational texts were insightful and informative, but not too detailed, so it was a pleasure to read through them. At Tower Bridge, I especially liked the small information panels in the stairwells; they provided details about, for example, the height, width, or the number of liters of paint needed to breathe new life into Tower Bridge. I also especially liked how the information was presented in the glass-enclosed walkways, which offered a wonderful view. My absolute highlight was the glass floor you could walk across, which made you feel like you were walking right over the Thames.

What an absolutely amazing experience! We started at 9am at London Tower, straight to the Crown Jewels and no waiting lines! Spent a few hours seeing all the things then jumped on the ferry to the London Eye. The ferry captain gave an entertaining and informative talk which we enjoyed greatly, even tipped him! Then onto the London Eye at 2:30pm. There was a daunting line up but we were whooshed through onto the fast line and didn't wait long at all. Absolutely stunning and impressive views of London in all of her beauty. I highly recommend this trio of things to do and this ticket is great value! Our tour was charging a fair bit more for the same experience and less time! Thanks team, it was amazing!

It was great. Very friendly people and guards. The coffee at the tower was bad and we had to wait long to get it. But the site made it all okay. I was marvelled by the crown jewels, finally understand why so many (old) stories and movies are about stealing them. I'm so glad we made this trip. Tower bridge was great as well. It looks very nice, but the main thing for me was the more modern day glass floor where you could see the trafic beneath you. Scary for some but I like it

I'm a history geek, so will always love historical buildings and the Tower delivered. It was a shame the bridge was closed on my chosen day to visit, due to the heatwave, but I got to walk across and see it's beautiful design. We chose the option without transportation because we wanted to experience the local public transit system; it was very easy to get there. The tour is very interesting, and the audio guide is quite useful. I’d recommend setting aside about 4 hours to complete the entire tour, since we underestimated the time needed and weren’t able to finish it. Highly recommended!!

The Crown Jewels are a working collection, and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.

You can arrive within 30 mins of your ticket time (e.g., between 10am–10:29am). We are unable to guarantee entry before or after your time slot.

Windsor Castle

The Semi-State Rooms usually open from autumn to spring each year. They are currently closed until autumn 2026.

Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. St. George’s Chapel at Windsor is closed to visitors on Sundays. On some days, the State Apartments may also be closed.
