Aside from the odd drop in signal, due to external factors, this eSIM has been working amazingly and has been our handiest ally with all the walking around in Tokyo.

The Global eSIM is really good for data, but has not worked properly for phone calls and texts. We have had numerous conversations with Headout staff to rectify this, so far unsuccessfully

What’s an eSIM and why you need it

Say goodbye to the hassle of juggling multiple physical SIM cards while globetrotting – meet the eSIM, your ultimate travel companion. What is an eSIM, you ask? It is a digital SIM that’s embedded inside your device. Instead of swapping out physical SIM cards, you can simply activate a data plan directly on your phone or tablet, making it super easy to stay connected.

So now, forget searching for local SIM cards or paying outrageous roaming fees; with an eSIM, you’re always connected at a fraction of the cost.

With a simple click and scan you can seamlessly activate the eSIM, use the unlimited data or add balance or top up as you like.
