Here is a short and natural version of the review in English: We were very happy with the tour of Westminster Abbey. It was interesting, informative and full of history. The Abbey is an amazing place with a very special and powerful atmosphere. Our guide was excellent — knowledgeable, respectful and spoke at a very good pace. Even with my basic English, I could understand more than 50% of the information and really enjoyed the tour. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this guide to others!

Without the guide, we definitely wouldn't have fully appreciated Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace. The meeting point was easy to find, the tour started on time, and the guide was truly very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended tour.

The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and the soldiers entering Buckingham Palace. I also went inside Westminster Abbey and saw where Sir Isaac Newton, King Edward III, Queen Elizabeth I, Edward I, and Henry V are buried. I will definitely come back again.

A fantastic, interesting, and entertaining tour with Bosa, who took us to all the key spots. We learned a lot of background information about Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!!

See London’s most recognizable royal and political landmarks on a guided walking tour, led by a licensed guide available in English, French, Spanish, or German.

Getting started

Meet your guide at the meeting point mentioned on your ticket voucher. After a brief introduction, your group heads out on foot through central London. Along the way, your guide shares clear, engaging context about the landmarks ahead and why they still matter today.

What to expect

This experience combines exterior views of Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, along with interior access to Westminster Abbey using your included entry ticket.

Features:

Westminster Abbey: Explore the Abbey’s interior at your own pace with a multilingual audio guide. This 1,000-year-old Gothic church has hosted every British coronation since 1066 and serves as the burial site of figures such as Isaac Newton and Charles Dickens.

Coronation Chair & Poets’ Corner: Inside the Abbey, see the 700-year-old Coronation Chair, used in every crowning since 1308, and visit Poets’ Corner, where Britain’s literary greats are honoured and remembered.

Big Ben & Houses of Parliament: Enjoy close views of London’s famous clock tower and the neighbouring Palace of Westminster, the centre of British political life.

Buckingham Palace: View the monarch’s official residence from the outside, including the well-known central Balcony used for major royal appearances.

Extras

Ticket options vary and may include the following upgrades:

Skip-the-line or priority group entry: Enter Westminster Abbey through a dedicated access lane, depending on the variant selected.

Guided tour of Westminster Abbey: Choose an option that includes a guided Abbey tour led by a licensed guide in English, French, Spanish, or German.

Changing the Guard or Horse Guards Ceremony: On select days, certain variants include viewing of the Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace or the Horse Guards ceremony.

Headsets for groups: For groups of 10 or more, selected options provide headsets so you can hear your guide clearly throughout the walking tour.

What to bring

Have your entry tickets and ID ready for a seamless experience.

What’s not allowed

Alcohol, sharp metallic tools or objects, food & beverages, drones, large bags, suitcases, backpacks, rucksacks, illegal drugs, weapons, and items that make a noise, like whistles, banners, flags, and political slogans, are not allowed on this experience.

Additional information

Interior entry is guaranteed only at the Abbey, not Big Ben or Buckingham Palace.

Safety is a priority, so guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

While there is no strictly enforced dress code, please note that the Abbey is a place of worship, and it is better to be dressed modestly.

The Changing the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace only takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays; on other days, the tour visits the Horse Guards Parade instead.

Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start; late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable.

The English, Spanish, German and/or French-guided tour uses a priority group entrance for Abbey entry.

For the Westminster Abbey & Changing the Guard experience, Abbey visits for organ recital, evensong, or mass are self-guided and subject to the Abbey’s schedule; the guide does not accompany you inside.

Changing the Guard is subject to the British Army’s schedule and may change without notice; typically seen on 10am tours on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
