I was very pleased with the trip—it wasn't long, but it was impressive. Both the guitarist and singer were excellent, featuring the most famous and beautiful Italian songs and arias. The only thing that bothered me was that the musicians and gondolier were in casual clothes, which was a bit lacking in local color. And the trip was essentially 25 minutes long. At 350 euros, they could have done a better job.

I took a ticket for a gondola ride with serenade, when I got on the gondola I specified that it was with serenade and was told "that's not planned. come on, we're leaving". Announced 30-minute tour, only 20 minutes with a gondolier on the phone from start to finish. Waiting to hear back from after-sales service.

The description is not at all what you get. We went no more than 25 minutes on the gondola. Everything felt rushed and the staff were not friendly at all. There was no live music on our gondola, but instead one musician in a group of gondolas going together. Lucky for the group that gets the musician on their gondola. I would. It recommend this to anyone. Please book with a different site or just wait for a gondola ride when you get to Venice.
