I need a refund because not all the services were carried out. I didn't go to St. Peter's Basilica. Which for me was the most important place of the trip. The guide said that everything was delayed and could no longer be done. I bought a private tour and it didn't go ahead as sold. The guide told me to contact the agency and ask for a refund since the service was not carried out. I look forward to hearing from you Thank you
