We were a little suspicious at first about whether the ticket would be what was promised, but it turned out to be much more. The guide was excellent. Her English was fluent, and she had a good sense of humour. The amount of information was overwhelming in the best way — history, paintings, sculptures, and the artists behind them. The queues were also very manageable with the guided tour. After the tour we entered St. Peter’s Basilica without any waiting at all. However, if you wanted to go up to the dome, you had to queue separately, as we didn’t have tickets purchased in advance.

It was an incredible experience. There were seven of us in our family. Our guide, Luciana, gave us clear and detailed explanations throughout the tour, which ended up being even longer than expected because of the number of people we encountered. She was very kind the entire time and even waited for my parents, who walked a little slower than the rest of the group. She is patient, respectful, and above all, understands that for some people this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. She has extensive knowledge of the artworks and sites, and she is very understanding and kind. I highly recommend her.

The tour started right on time with our excellent guide, who was not only helpful but also very empathetic, and who gave us a full immersion in the history of Rome. The entire tour lasts about three full hours and includes some challenging staircases in addition to the climb up to the Palatine Hill, so I would recommend it to anyone in decent physical shape. It’s worth noting that there are many security checks (5) involving tickets, IDs, and passing through scanners. A wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone visiting Rome for the first time.

I'm gonna give this experience a 5 star because the guide assigned was amazing. He told the story beautifully and truly immersed in this journey. Will definitely recommend using this tour as you will avoid lines and it's way quicker the access. The lines are huge and this was in May! My advise is go to allocated meeting point go into the shop and ask and they will direct you. I love the tour and glad I did this. It was beautiful!

This experience is an absolute must with a guide. You learn a lot that you wouldn’t discover on your own. However, even with a reservation, there’s no such thing as fast-track entry. You still have to wait in a line that’s several meters long. Which isn’t really a problem, unless you have another reservation afterward and almost miss it because you relied on the time that was given

I mostly liked the vatican museum, ghe tour guide was very useful. I never thought i would learn so much information about such beautiful and unique place ,like Vatican, in such a short period of time. What also grabbed my attention was the Pontifical Swiss Guard. Colosseum

For safety and security reasons, no large backpacks or pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Colosseum. No storage facility is available. You can, however, take a baby stroller into the Colosseum with you, should it be necessary.

Vatican Museums

Strict dress code: knees, shoulders, and back must be covered for all guests.

Big bags and suitcases aren't allowed inside the attraction, but guests can make use of the lockers on site.

Since complete silence is to be observed within the walls of the Sistine Chapel according to the rules of the Vatican, the guides will provide you with information about the site outside the Chapel. Visitors are to maintain silence within the Chapel as well.

Photography and the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the Sistine Chapel.

Pets and other small animals are not allowed in the venue, with the exception of guide dogs.

Vatican Museums

While the guided tour is not accessible by wheelchair, the Vatican Museums offer free wheelchair hire and free entry for visitors with mobility impairments (certified invalidity exceeding 74%) and a companion if required.
