I got nervous when the London Eye was temporarily closed, but the Headout team was very helpful and willing to offer a refund. Thankfully, the London Eye reopened later, and I had a great time! Everything turned out wonderfully. I highly recommend Headout for their excellent customer service and support.

Visited on a lovely sunny day and opted for the first timeslot of the day which was a blessing as it got much busier later on. Definitely worth buying the combo ticket as you can visit more than one attraction in one day and we managed to go into the Sealife Centre afterwards.

We had a great time in the London eye, no waiting around , straight on, get the chance to purache a photo at the end, River cruise was great, only issue is we got left in a completely different area! And had to pay to get back to where we bored! Which we shouldn't of had to pay as it meant be included in our ticket!
