Island stops: The listed stops include Lazarus, Kusu and Sisters’ Islands.

What to bring

What’s not allowed

Universal Studios Singapore: Outside food and drinks are prohibited, except baby food, formula, and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks are conducted at the entrance. Photography and videography are not permitted on attractions. Costumes, full-faced masks, and pets are not allowed, except service animals. Re-entry is not permitted.

Marina Bay Sands SkyPark: Luggage, professional photography or video equipment, tripods, external lighting, fireworks, illegal substances, narcotics, pepper spray, mace, and outside food and drinks are prohibited.

Singapore Cable Car: Flammable materials, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, electronic scooters, and helium balloons are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car.

Albatross speedboat: Pets and smoking are prohibited onboard. Boats do not have toilet facilities.

Accessibility

Universal Studios Singapore: The park is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. Paid rentals are available near the entrance, and rented equipment must remain within the park. Restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are wheelchair-accessible.

Marina Bay Sands SkyPark: Wheelchair and stroller access is available, with elevators throughout the venue. Guide dogs are welcome.

Singapore Cable Car: Wheelchair and stroller access is available. Stations have lifts, and wheelchair users can alight at any station.

Additional information

Universal Studios Singapore: Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older if they are under 13. Facilities include a prayer room, halal-certified and vegetarian restaurants, ATMs, retail shops, paid lockers, and a Baby Centre. Character Meet & Greet timings vary daily. Check the Universal Studios Singapore app for the day's schedule.

Singapore Cable Car: Each cabin accommodates up to 8 guests.

Marina Bay Sands SkyPark: Restrooms are available.

Albatross speedboat: Recommended for guests aged 4 and above. Children under 8 must sit in the middle row between adults, wear a provided life jacket, and have a parent sign a waiver. Children aged 8 to 12 require adult supervision, with at least 1 adult for every 2 children. The experience is not recommended for guests over 130 kg, those with serious medical conditions, elderly guests, or expectant mothers. Wear suitable flat, non-marking footwear. Guests prone to motion sickness should take appropriate medication before boarding. Light splashes may occur. Boats continue operating in rain but may pause during thunderstorms or unsafe conditions. Routes and sailing times may change due to weather, sea conditions, or operational requirements. Board the next available boat without prior reservation; average waiting time is under 30 minutes.
