The monastry itself was nice and the instructions for the trains etc good. But we ordered a lunch too and never got the gift card for that.

I bought a ticket a week before I was supposed to visit Montserrat. Had to chat with service agents twice, because I didn't get my ticket on time. Today (July 20th) I went to get a physical ticket and they said they could not do it as there’s a risk of fire at the place due to extreme heat. So they don't provide tickets currently. At least until July 22nd. They also said that the company that sold me the ticket is aware of it, but sells tickets anyway. And I have to wait for 24-48 hours to get a proper feedback from Headout...
