Guide was great. Met at the assigned location with another family and then received a text from the tour handled(not guide) asking where we were. They eventually told us they were on the opposite side of the gift shop, not the location pictured in the app. Needless added stress and confusion that put my wife in a foul mood. I'll reiterate, the guide was knowledgeable and courteous. It was the communication through the company that was lacking

Wonderful tour but book the first one of the day as it gets crowded fast. AJ was an amazing guide. Lots of stairs so be ready for a lot of walking and staircases.
