Brilliant views of the city. Easy to find staff to ask about upgrading to a Fastrack ticket, but then they explained it wasn't really needed and why....and they were right. Lovely to not get ripped off for a change!

The tour of the Tower of London—which is so much more than just a tower—is truly captivating; it’s a beautiful, well-maintained place steeped in history. The same goes for the tour of Tower Bridge: it’s very well organized, the line moves quickly, and it’s really interesting.

The line at the ticket counter was pretty long, so we bought tickets online right there through Headout. It also saved us money, since we now had the combo ticket. We had our Tower of London tour at 12:00 and Tower Bridge at 14:30—that was just enough time. If you really want to see everything at the Tower of London, you’ll need more time.

Overall, it was a great experience. There was a huge line when it opened, but everything was handled perfectly. I just wish there had been more places to eat, but that doesn't detract from the visit, which is really interesting. A must-do when you're in London—it's definitely worth the trip.
