What touched me the most was witnessing the thoughtful accommodations for visitors with disabilities. At the Tower of London, I really liked the way the exhibits were designed. They were very varied and exciting to explore. The informational texts were insightful and informative, but not too detailed, so it was a pleasure to read through them. At Tower Bridge, I especially liked the small information panels in the stairwells; they provided details about, for example, the height, width, or the number of liters of paint needed to breathe new life into Tower Bridge. I also especially liked how the information was presented in the glass-enclosed walkways, which offered a wonderful view. My absolute highlight was the glass floor you could walk across, which made you feel like you were walking right over the Thames.

What an absolutely amazing experience! We started at 9am at London Tower, straight to the Crown Jewels and no waiting lines! Spent a few hours seeing all the things then jumped on the ferry to the London Eye. The ferry captain gave an entertaining and informative talk which we enjoyed greatly, even tipped him! Then onto the London Eye at 2:30pm. There was a daunting line up but we were whooshed through onto the fast line and didn't wait long at all. Absolutely stunning and impressive views of London in all of her beauty. I highly recommend this trio of things to do and this ticket is great value! Our tour was charging a fair bit more for the same experience and less time! Thanks team, it was amazing!

An excellent experience from start to finish! Check-in was quick and well-organized, with no long waits. We visited Madame Tussauds with our two children and had a blast. The wax figures are of impressive quality, with incredible details that make them extremely lifelike. The interactive areas and the tour route are also wonderful, engaging both adults and children. A well-curated, fun attraction and an absolute must-see if you’re visiting London.

It was great. Very friendly people and guards. The coffee at the tower was bad and we had to wait long to get it. But the site made it all okay. I was marvelled by the crown jewels, finally understand why so many (old) stories and movies are about stealing them. I'm so glad we made this trip. Tower bridge was great as well. It looks very nice, but the main thing for me was the more modern day glass floor where you could see the trafic beneath you. Scary for some but I like it

It was a great surprise and much better than we expected. It is much more than the wax figures, with several fun and interactive experiences. We especially enjoyed the Jumanji interactive movie, the Spirit of London ride about British history, the horror path and the Star Wars section, which was very impressive. Of course, the wax figures themselves were also a highlight. Overall, a highly recommended experience for families and definitely worth visiting in London.

I visited madam tussauds in london and very much enjoyed it! Buying the tickets was easy and smooth just like entering the madam tussauds experience. It was very cool to see all my favorite celebrities in their wax form! I am a huge fan of f1 so seeing Lewis Hamiltons helmet was a nice suprise since I didn't know it was there. Also loved seeing my favorite bear paddington:) I'd definitely recommend the place for everyone visiting London!

I'm a history geek, so will always love historical buildings and the Tower delivered. It was a shame the bridge was closed on my chosen day to visit, due to the heatwave, but I got to walk across and see it's beautiful design. It was all really easy to book with Headout and easy to obtain a refund due to the closer, so really pleased with the service.
