FamilyVerified booking4 days ago5/5The first thing that really impressed us was how quickly we were able to get in, despite the large crowd. The entire setting is very charming and well-maintained. The jewelry is wonderful. It takes at least two hours to explore the place at a leisurely pace. In the garden, we also saw crows and police officers. I recommend a visit to everyone. A wonderful experience.EElisa L
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5It was truly exciting... a magnificent estate, both inside and out... The audio guide was helpful in explaining things to us and helping us imagine what life was like back then, and what happened step by step in each room we visited. I'm glad I had this experience, and I recommend it to everyone ♥️CCathy R
FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5This is a must see for London. It's my third visit and I learn something new every time. We always start by walking the battlements as most of the crowd heads straight for the Crown Jewels. A thousand years of history is awe-inspiring. Good to book ahead and avoid the lines!RRuth S
FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Kensington Palace is lovely. The self guided audio tour is well done and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Booking through Headout was easy and the customer service was exceptional when I was having issues downloading my tickets (user error - not their fault).BBeatriz G
FamilyVerified bookingLast week5/5I loved the place. It was actually better at first, because later on it got really crowded. But we had a great time. It's very close to the city, and then we took a little walk to St. Paul's Cathedral. Everything is really close by, and if you like walking, it's great.
Visit two historic royal residences, the Tower of London and Kensington Palace, with one cost-effective combo ticket.
Tower of London
Visit the primary seat and center of the British Monarchy. As the primary residence of royalty and setting for key events in the early history of Europe, a tour of the Tower of London is an experience filled with wonder, mystery, beauty, and even a little horror. Once you enter, you are allowed to explore the castle grounds independently for however long you wish until closing time. You will be able to experience and explore all the parts of the castle. This includes the White Tower, the first part of the Castle built by William the Conqueror, which houses displays from the Royal Armouries’ collection today.
Finally, the tour also includes the opportunity to see the Crown Jewels, a display of the wealth and splendor of the British Crown. Apart from these experiences, you will get to see live historical re-enactments and other exhibitions like 'Coins & Kings' and 'Line of Kings'.
Kensington Palace
London’s Kensington Palace is a royal residence with a lot of stories, secrets, and history attached to it. You’ll require around an hour and a half to get a good look at the spectacular palace apartments and explore the ‘Victoria Revealed’ exhibition (Victoria: A Royal Childhood only), displaying an array of Queen Victoria’s personal objects where she once resided. Victoria: A Royal Childhood offers intricate details on her childhood and adolescence.
Discover the magnificently-done state apartments that reveal the lifestyle of its resident royals, including the likes of Mary II, William III, Queen Anne, and her son William, the last ruling member of the Stuart dynasty. Learn more about their consequential lives and dive deep into some of their agonizing secrets. Gaze at the masterpieces of architect and painter William Kent as you enter the Cupola Room and climb the King’s Grand Staircase.
