Brilliant views of the city. Easy to find staff to ask about upgrading to a Fastrack ticket, but then they explained it wasn't really needed and why....and they were right. Lovely to not get ripped off for a change!

It was a fantastic visit, starting with the tickets that were ready to use right away without having to print or pick up anything. The tour of the Tower of London—which is so much more than just a tower—is truly captivating; it’s a beautiful, well-maintained place steeped in history. The same goes for the tour of Tower Bridge: it’s very well organized, the line moves quickly, and it’s really interesting.

Enjoyed the experience but extremely annoying that you have to download an app to access the tickets purchased online (which I immediately deleted after the visit).

Items such as tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted during this experience.

Guests with accessibility requirements may request a free carer ticket when purchasing their own admission.

Pregnant guests are welcome, though the Drop Dead ride is not suitable for them.

The site is partially accessible for wheelchair users and prams/strollers.

Complimentary carer or companion tickets can be collected on the day upon presentation of valid supporting documents (such as Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA or PIP letter) at the Ticket Office.
