The program is very interesting for all generations. Venue is nice and spectacular. Ee werr there when the brigde was lifted and could watch thhe whole process through the glass floor. It was very exciting. The staff is child friendly and helpful. The staff took care of our disables relative as well. We planned to stay for an hour but we stayed more than 2. :-) I recommend it to all generations!Ingrid

At Towerbridge it was unclear where to wait and the staff ignored the questions or we were shoved to the side again !!! At The Shard it said we would get three photos with it; indeed three poses were photographed upon entry but the free photos were just three the same; the other photos cost 13.75 P/st; too bad !!!
