The bus tour was great and Pedro at the Turin ticket office was friendly and spoke many languages. The info from Headout was not good and did not give details of where to pick up the bus or the route that would be taken.

Besides being very nice, the experience was an apt opportunity to get to know the whole city of Turin. Time was very tight for us, so it was, as a first approach, a chance to get a feel for the city and return soon for a more detailed visit.

The tickets worked very well. The commentary was very informative although there were a number of times when it was interrupted for a second or two and you missed information.

Questo tour del Palazzo Reale di Torino è stato molto bello e ricco di aneddoti e curiosità grazie alla competenza della nostra guida Silvia .Oltretutto eravamo soltanto in 6 e questo ci ha permesso di vedere e vivere l'esperienza appieno .Sicuramente consigliato e da ripetere per scoprire altre bellezze della città.Sonia
