The museum itself is absolutely amazing. Our guide was an Egyptian Egyptologist who had not only historical knowledge but also geographical knowledge of the sites where the artifacts were found. I don't think we could have asked for more. Two incredibly interesting hours.

If I can say anything about this guided tour I will say this: GET GIADA!! I was expecting just a nice simple tour to see some cool artifacts but I was so enthralled by her knowledge and interpersonal skills. I would have loved another tour with her in the other parts of the museum. I felt like we really experienced so much in two hours and she was not only extremely educated on all things Egyptian, but also sensitive about human remains which was very thoughtful. Get this tour!! You will not be disappointed...unless maybe you don't love great experiences.😏 Again, get GIADA!!
