Our tour guide, Mary, was fantastic! She was very personable and knowledgeable. The factory tour was very informative for the time period and gave you a great overview of what the people endured . The Ghetto walking tour was interesting tho not as much so- not a lot to see although the information was great! Glad we didn't try to go it on our own but booked a tour.

We had a fantastic tour of Schindler’s Factory and the Kraków Ghetto, made even more memorable by our brilliant guide, Joanna. Her knowledge and insight into the history were exceptional, and she was able to answer every question the group had along the way. Joanna went above and beyond to engage with everyone, making sure the whole group felt involved. She brought the history to life in a very respectful and interesting way. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Joanna as a guide.

Auschwitz-Birkenau was a powerful, chilling, and thought-provoking experience, which Headout had organized well. The only downside was that the departure was brought forward three hours (perhaps there should be a limit on how much it can be changed).

Our driver Mikołaj was excellent and clearly informed us about all we needed to do and where to be. The vehicle was very clean and spacious and the journey very smooth. The tour itself was very sad and sobering as to what went on at Auschwitz-Birkenau but a must visit sight. Thank you.

The Wieliczka Salt Mine is impressive. I was blown away by the fact that the tourist area you can visit is only 1% of the entire mine, meaning it is absolutely huge. It is very beautiful, and I find the human capacity to build such incredible things mind-blowing. I loved the tour guide—she was great, looked after the group at all times, and was very friendly. Outstanding.

It’s impossible not to admire the work of the miners who carved through the salt rock to create these two chapels, and the carpenters who built these wooden frameworks. Magnificent work. The artificial saltwater lake is also remarkable. The French-speaking guide was excellent.

Very informative. The English requested tour,the guide spoke very clear. I was in a wheelchair and the guide was so helpful and made sure I got to the lifts with help. Would highly recommend the tour and recommend to the disabled. Only one room I couldn't go in as it was full of gravel but the guide made sure I could still hear and understand. As a wheelchair user I can miss alot but I did not on this tour. Thank you

A fantastic experience! Thanks to the skip-the-line tickets, we entered the mine faster than I can find the salt shaker at home. Our guide was interesting and funny, so we barely noticed how many steps we had climbed down. The underground chambers are beautiful—the chapel, statues, and even chandeliers made of salt are truly impressive. We decided not to taste the walls, though. 😄 I definitely recommend this tour. Once you return to the surface, you will never look at ordinary table salt the same way again!
