This was an absolutely fabulous tour and definately value for money. The comunication pre tour day from the operator was excellent and the meeting point easy to find. On the day the tour was very well orginised. We toured The Roman Forum, Palantine Hill then the Colossum and although as expected it was busy it wasn't overly so and didnt in anyway spoil the experience. The best review i can give though was about our tour guide. He was exceptional in his knowledge and enthusiasim and really did make the tour special.The information he imparted throughout the tour was incredible and all done in a friendly personal way. It really was a 5 star experience and can definately recommend using this operator.

The communication about the meeting point, time, and how we would recognize the guides was well done. The guides took care of us and everyone else arriving at the meeting point. Some participants had only booked audio guides, but we had booked a "real" guide. And I can only recommend that. Our guide was very knowledgeable, told us lots of interesting facts, and showed us all the relevant areas in the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Palatine Hill. We had plenty of time for everything, and the group wasn't too big. We were able to ask questions and chat with the guide. It was really wonderful all around. Our guide's name was Andriy, and he guided us in English.

Excellent guide, Giuseppe was very knowledgeable and it's nice to visit with someone who loves their job and what they've studied because they convey that to the participants. Friendly, with an engaging way of speaking, he never bored us. The tour is very interesting for understanding what the Roman Forum was like centuries ago and the history of the Colosseum, appreciating things from a perspective that goes beyond just tourism. Good morning! We couldn't point to one specific thing because we loved everything in general. It's a monument worth visiting. Perhaps there was one small issue. The guide went so fast that we had to leave before the end because otherwise we would have missed out on seeing many things. The guide's explanation was great, except for the speed. Best regards.

Cécilia was extremely friendly and answered all our questions. When it started to rain, she immediately guided us to an arch in the Colosseum so that we could continue listening to her explanations while staying dry.
