Franky the guide was excellent and we learned a substantial amount about the. Lagoon Glassblowing demo was interesting but could have been longer. Cost of pieces for sale were well beyond our pocket but beautiful. Burano was lovely. The tour time was about right.

Julia was a very friendly and attentive guide. She gave us all the information about the route and the tour. The demonstration of the Murano factory left something to be desired, it was very simple and extremely quick. I've seen much more interesting ones on TV.

The best thing was the guide. There was punctuality, the boat was very good although it is divided into two parts and one of them has a strong smell of fuel. In Murano you dock at the dock of a glass factory where they give you explanations about the manufacturing and then you have very little time to get to know Murano. Murano I didn't like but I did want to buy little things but there was very little time. Burano was nicer and I liked that the guide did not force us to visit the lace factory where most of the group went.

The visit to the glass factory was interesting but most of the time was allowed to visit the shop to buy things. The free time to explore the area was not enough

When we went into the booking it said to "show inclusions &important information". I went into this and scrolled down the bottom and it showed "where" with a map which showed "ponte della libertarian" we spent 2 hours looking for the spot. We finally realised we met near st Marks cathedral. We got our own way over hoping that the tour leader would ring like the lovely girl in Amsterdam did as we were at the back of the place and she asked us to walk around to the front. We were hoping if he rang us we could meet him over there but no phone call so we had to do our own thing. Have used this site before and it was wonderful and easy so a bit disappointed Ted with this.
