Staying in Cannaregio, the trip to Marco Polo started 8 minutes from our AirBnb at the Madonna dell'Orto station. The next stop was the airport! It was great! We just didn't understand why HeadOut purchases don't generate a qrcode that the ferry can scan directly. The voucher needs to be converted to a ticket once we got to the airport. L & C

Easy to book and locate from the arrivals area, they were also able to print off the tickets at the ferry terminal desk. Short scenic boat ride into Venice. Definitely recommend!

The trip was great. However, you should allow for some extra time for the return journey. The ship was 15 minutes late, and check-in at the airport took a very long time. The trip itself went very smoothly. The crew was very friendly and helpful.

Very easy to book & board. The trip was a tour in itself going to areas of Venice we had not seen. Online ticketing easy, but did not understand lack of ticket barcode until reaching airport where it was seamlessly sorted. All up - positive, convenient and definitely to do again.

Easy to find. Our boat had some trouble at the start, so we had to switch to a different one. There’s not much room for luggage, and the crew didn’t offer any help. But it got us to our destination safely!

After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
