Hi, I'm Dragoș... My wife and I were in Venice from June 25, 2026, to July 2, 2026. We hadn't done our research properly and ended up buying tickets for the Doge's Palace just one day before our visit. None of the websites we knew of had tickets available anymore... naturally... we were upset... but we stumbled upon this HEADOUT platform, which gave us the chance to visit this extraordinary attraction. We created an account… bought tickets… it was very easy to use… all the necessary instructions are on the website. We were pressed for time because our flight home was the next day. We entered the attraction… very easily… we just had to exchange the voucher for tickets… we didn’t have to stand in endless lines… we got in very easily. The attraction was amazing... we really enjoyed it... and we’d like to thank the HEADOUT platform for giving us this wonderful experience.

Visiting the Doge's Palace was pretty good. Exchanging the voucher for a ticket at the entrance was a bit tricky, but the staff on site knew what they were doing. They could make all that clear in advance! There aren’t enough places to sit during the tour, especially when it’s so warm—you really want to take a break. Other than that, there was so much to see—it was truly overwhelming!

It was great, but I had a few ideas, that could be improved. More toilets and audio guides in more languages would be nice. And maybe add some interactive elements for children, because the tour for an 8 year old it was too long, and kind of "boring".

Everything was perfect—the ticket office for the Doge's Palace was very close by, and the tour of the palace was spectacular. Then on to St. Mark's Cathedral
