Very accommodating guide, detailed explanations of the structures and city once we were on the terraces and dome, and the ticket we were given lasts 72 hours so we were able to gain entry to the museum behind the cathedral, the baptistry and the bell tower at a time that suited us on a different day. Well worth the price, even if it is just to skip the lines!Timothy

Our guide did a good job. We should have known about the knee covering, but we had been traveling Italy for the past few weeks and it was not really enforced anywhere else, 9and it was 93 degrees), . It maybe helpful to add a note to your reminder that says something like- "Duomo will enforce dress codes". Just to be even more clear- but I understand this was on us. I also thought the guide would be with us all the way to the top. We got stopped for almost 25 minutes at the first interior balcony. My wife who has trouble at times with heights, was somewhat nauseous with nowhere to look but out and down. The duomo staff wouldn't help. I'm glad she wasn't sick, that would have been bad. But it was certainly an uncomfortable experience. Other than that the tour was as I expected, not great, but not bad. Our guide was good, until she wasn't there anymore.Renaud

The secret terrace views were amazing, and our small group of 6 had it all to ourselves with panoramic views of Florence. This was worth every penny... highly recommend!Radek
