We were extremely excited, although it was difficult at first to make our way through the huge crowds. But when we finally saw the Colosseum, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I said to my friends, “Damn, guys, we made it! We’re in Rome, and this legendary giant is standing right in front of us!” Do you know how difficult it is for us to get to Rome? Maybe only two out of twenty people ever get the chance to come here. We are Hungarian, and “Kevert” is a special Hungarian short drink, similar to pálinka. All four of us had one in front of the Colosseum. We joked that we might be the first Hungarians ever to drink Kevert there and become part of the Guinness World Records. Then we entered the Colosseum, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The security guards were very kind. We thought about everything we had learned at school, but we also imagined scenes from the movie Gladiator. After exploring the Colosseum, we visited the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. Walking among the ancient ruins, monuments, and remains made us imagine what life in ancient Rome must have looked like.

First of all, as already mentioned elsewhere, booking through you was completely uncomplicated. 👍🏻 And it was a beautiful experience to not only step foot inside these historic sites, but actually explore them! However, you should really split this tour over two days 🙈 which is easily possible, since the tickets are valid for 24 hours from the first site 😉 If you want to explore everything in one go, like we did... you'll be exhausted and easily have 30,000 steps on your tracker 😅🤦🏻‍♂️ Only point of criticism: please describe more precisely where exactly to pick up the tickets for the booked tour... For fellow bookers, get off the bus two stops before the Colosseum, then go to the described meeting point, get your tickets, and only then head to the Colosseum... saves time and hassle. Start with the Colosseum, then I would recommend the Palatine Hill, as the entrance is right nearby... then the Roman Forum the next day. Or vice versa 🤷🏻‍♂️😉

We had an absolutely fantastic guided tour of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and the Roman Forum! It was truly an unforgettable experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history of Ancient Rome. They brought everything to life and made the tour interesting and enjoyable from beginning to end. Walking through the Colosseum and imagining what life was like thousands of years ago was amazing. Palatine Hill was beautiful, with incredible views, and the Roman Forum was simply fascinating. Having a guide to explain the history and stories behind everything made such a big difference. We learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome. A wonderful experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Thank you for making our visit to Rome so special!

We had a great experience! The person waiting for us at the meeting point was really super nice; he gave us very useful tips to save time, and also for restaurants and things to visit in the city. As an added bonus, he spoke French!! The Colosseum is an absolutely magnificent monument steeped in history! Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum are open-air museums! A very good experience, easy access and quick entry (at least at 8:30 AM!).

We got into the Vatican so quickly and completely bypassed all lines which were veryyyyy long. Our guide got us in so fast and we even got to do the garden tour. I love that we got to split up our tickets for the coliseum and palatine hill because we were pretty beat after a long day at the Vatican. Loved the flexibility and ease of use for tickets. Additional information

If your access includes Mamertine Prison, your visit must begin there and you must arrive at least 1 hour before your Colosseum time slot to collect your entry ticket.

Timed access applies to the Colosseum only; Forum and Palatine Hill can be visited anytime within 24 hours but each entrance may be used only once.

Note that there are 2 entrances: one for the Colosseum, and another for the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill (combined). You may enter each entrance ONLY ONCE and not re-enter.

The security check can take 30 mins or more. To make the process quicker, please insert any object (including mobile phone) in the bag/backpack or in the tray to be included in the X-ray.

Each site has different opening hours, so check in advance. Plan around 2–3 hours for the Colosseum, 1–1.5 hours each for Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, and 30–45 minutes for Mamertine Prison.
