My visit to the Galleria Borghese was truly special because of its intimate atmosphere and breathtaking collection. Unlike larger museums, the limited number of visitors allowed me to enjoy each artwork without feeling rushed or crowded. Seeing masterpieces by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, especially the incredibly detailed sculptures, was unforgettable. The paintings by Caravaggio were equally powerful, with their dramatic lighting and emotional intensity. Walking through the beautifully decorated rooms of the villa made the entire experience feel elegant and immersive. It wasn’t just a museum visit it felt like stepping into a masterpiece itself.

We loved our guide Paolo who even when we were hijacked by friends from UK whom came upon us unexpectedly was completely unphased with the interruption. His knowledge of the art and sculpture in the gallery was so interesting and even though i have a degree in history of art i found his expert eye fascinating. Would thoroughly recommend this tour with Paolo.

Borghese Gallery: a magnificent place with beautiful works of art. A MUST-SEE. However, we would have liked an audio guide to explain the many works on display. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the park. It is very large but more of a natural space than a well-maintained park with trees.

Very easy booking process. You have tickets at the phone ready to use. The gallery is incredible A lot of beautifull pictures and works of art . Only problem with audiobook because is not good match wih the real view. You hear something different than you see. But I recommend the Headout

I’m afraid I’m quite disappointed with the external provider you are working with. Nothing was clearly indicated when we arrived. We had to go inside the gallery and ask the staff directly for information. They told us we had to look for the blue flags outside, which was not communicated beforehand. The person there did not even explain that they were supposed to give us the tickets. In the meantime, people were cutting in front of us simply because they were struggling to load the application. And the audio guide was another issue altogether. It did not correspond to the rooms we were visiting, so we kept listening to explanations that had nothing to do with what we were actually seeing. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily complicated. Thankfully the place itself is beautiful, but your ticket resale arrangement clearly needs to be reviewed. The service provided was very poor.

At the Borghese Gallery, the audio guide is useless. None of the numbers match, and even the room names don't always correspond. Disappointing!!!!! At Castel Sant'Angelo, it's a little different and a little better, but still doesn't live up to expectations.
