The experience was nothing that I've ever thought. I could enjoy so much. It was so fabulous walking in there seeing something come alive and be part of my full existence. I grew up on the wall, the ocean and just to have the power of that water and the beach and the forest and the garden and at the end, just seeing New York and all of its beauty and splendor it was one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever seen And I wanna thank you all for giving me the opportunity to witness that and to enjoy it and share it with my friends and family. I hope everyone has a great and wonderful Thanksgiving today.

The Arte Museum was unbelievably entertaining, it was interactive, immersive, and incredibly beautiful. The smells and the touch were so incredible, it felt like I was in a garden of flowers. The last exhibit was my favortie with all the changing 'stories', music and art works. It was well worth the money.

I loved the whole experience. My favorite was the Beach; Wave; and the Garden. I will be going back I have family coming from Canada in January i will be taking them there. I was with cousins from Florida we went the day after Christmas they absoultly loved it.

Woah!!!🤯 The experience is hard to describe....each zone has a different feel and scent!! Really amazing. It was hard to where my body stopped and the room began. You have to go and do it to really understand. It was a ton of fun.

This is a wonderful experience for kids and adults. The kids loved the flowers, the 3D sketches and the beach. We also enjoyed all of these and especially the last room with the New York is Art and the Orsay collaboration performances.

The use of technology is bar-none compared to similar museums. It is also one of the few that appropriately uses s scents. It would be great if the area where you queue up to access the museum were heated.

What’s not allowed

For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.

Only registered service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Accessibility

The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

Accessible restrooms are provided, and staff are available to assist visitors with mobility requirements.

Some exhibits feature strong visual, audio, and scent effects that may affect guests with sensory sensitivities.

Additional information

Arte Museum New York operates from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and from 10am to 9pm on weekends. The last entry is 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 7:30pm from Friday to Sunday.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
