We saw a lot more of Amsterdam in one trip than we'd have been able to see if we had been walking. The boat was heated which was a bonus on a cold day. The English commentary was provided by American voices - it would have been better to have a Dutch voice or local accent.

The captain was really welcoming and caring. He gave us some insight of the tour complementary to the audio guide and he even provided some complementary explanations in Spanish. The boat was clean and confortable. It was a lovely cruise.

It wasn't crowded on the boat, which was very pleasant. The skipper was very good and told funny jokes and stories in between. The boat was also very clean. A pleasant trip.

I was hoping to see more sights (buildings, bridges...) and more significant ones. The most expensive hotel was nice, but I would have preferred to see some other landmark. And to visit a more central location.

This experience is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible boats only depart from the dock opposite Hard Rock Cafe at the 10:30am, 12pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm time slots.

Children up to and including 4 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 11 pay the same price as adults.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Most boats have a roof that closes fully and have central heating on board. So even if it is cold outside, you will be warm inside the boat. The boats mostly sail within the city centre, where the water stays very calm, so they can sail in almost any weather.

If a cruise cannot take place due to extreme weather circumstances, the company will contact you to reschedule your ticket to another date.
