• Your entrance time to the Amsterdam Dungeon will be the time slot you book during checkout.

• The dungeon tour is not recommended for children under the age of 10, and guests younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult

• It is wheelchair accessible (maximum 1 person at the same time inside)

• Pregnant guests and guests with back or neck complaints should warn a member of staff upon entering, who will provide directions to consider

• This ticket includes a 1-hour canal cruise. To guarantee a specific time slot, we recommend reserving your cruise in advance. You can do this by visiting any Tours & Tickets shop to secure your spot, including the locations at Damrak 26 and Paulus Potterstraat 3B. The LOVERS departure points of the canal cruise are:
