We are more than satisfied. The tour is really interesting and highly recommended. We saw a lot and learned great stories and details. Also very flexible. We had booked the English tour by mistake. This was sorted out on the spot in 5 minutes and we were then able to join the tour with a German-speaking guide. Bossa was great and gave us lots of interesting information. Top all round. Highly recommended, especially our guide

Our guide, Alexandra, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate how she organized the trip and helped with photos.. We had trouble finding our group on a busy corner with other tour groups meeting at the same location. There was a lot of commotion with the police at the time and we found our group later, after joining the wrong group.. Suggest starting in a more unique spot, and with a description of the contact.

This is a great tour. Our fabulous guide, Natalia, is so knowledgable, we learnt so much from her. We loved all our time spent in Westminster Abbey, then the walk through St James park to Buckingham Palace and then through the little streets to Picadilly Circus. Natalia kept us entertained for the whole tour with so much information to pass on in a very friendly and personal manner.

Visiting the abbey was memorable. Although there was a big crowd there was plenty of space to move around. I noticed that people were respectful many sitting quietly just reflecting or contemplating and listening to the audio. So much to see and absorb. Wonderful to see our own Ernrst Rutherford with a plaque on the floor. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea in the cafe.

The queue is exceptionally well organized; if you arrive around the time on tyour ticket, you will inmediately be let in. The crowd is a bit much, making walking thorugh the narrow spaces sometimes complicated and not leaving enough time to view special corners like the tombs of Queens Mary and Elizabeth. The audioguide is ok, but could be better if it dealt more in depth with historic questions (perhaps and additional chapter for those interested?) Walking into the abbey is like walking into history itself and being able to relieve it from the present. All this is a bit lost because of the size of the crowd and the way they sometimes behave (as an example: I saw a family happily walk over the memorial stone for Churchill at the exit, not because the were not paying attention to where they went, but because they made a point out of it and filmed each and every member doing it)

The tour was really knowledgeable and nice. We loved how she knew exactly where to put us so we could well see the change of the guard. Recommend.

Beautiful place and it has rich history. I enjoyed reading about the individuals whom were located in the tombs around the church.
