An unforgettable London experience! The London Eye is an absolute must-do, whether it’s your first visit or a return trip to the city. The views from the top are breathtaking, offering a perfect panoramic look at London’s most iconic landmarks — Big Ben, the Thames, St. Paul’s, and beyond. The ride itself is smooth, spacious, and surprisingly relaxing, giving you plenty of time to take photos and really soak it all in. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the experience felt seamless despite how popular it is. It’s a fantastic way to appreciate the scale and beauty of London and well worth it for the memories and photos. Highly recommended!

First time on the eye -whole experience was awesome! Easy to get tickets online! Opted for the fastrack and was really glad we did when we got there! The line for general entry was very long bit we sailed through and were on in about 5 minutes! The trip itself was fantastic!! Fabulous views with great vantage points for photos! I am not great with heights but felt safe the whole way and even managed to stand to look for most of the way! Found the whole experience fantastic and would highly recommend it to anyone of any age!

I’m so glad we chose the Champagne Experience on the London Eye. Waiting in the VIP lounge was such a treat—we sipped espresso martinis while watching the sun set behind Big Ben. When it was time, we were escorted down with a small group of about ten people. Since it was the day before New Year’s Eve, the area was incredibly crowded, and we were so grateful we had booked through Headout. We would have been waiting in line for hours otherwise. Truly an unforgettable experience.

OK, so the tickets are a bit more expensive ... but what speed of access with Fast Track tickets! arrived, checked in and passed the controls to get to our priority bubble in less than 2 minutes and the view of London from up there is sublime (provided there's no fog, of course)! The London Eye is well worth the detour, and the silence up there... magical!

We booked midweek in December - fast track at 5pm - didn't need the fast track is was quiet. The eye was a fun experience with the kids, sooting landmarks and admiring the Christmas lights. Staff were very pleasant and efficient.
