The application is too complex to use. WiFi was very weak at p. san marco so it took a long time for the app to download. The guides were efficient, cooperative and professional. The church is beautiful but too many controls.Brenda

We chose the self-audio tour with Skip the Line access. Our guide led us to the Basilica, showed our tickets and we were in. Very easy. The audio was very good. The Basilica is beautiful and well worth the time and money. We enjoyed it very much.
