Easy access. Entry to Daypalm area relaxed quieter area away from crowds but not enough seating for tickets sold and chairs damp where people sat in wet costumes. No hammocks or daybeds as advertised. Tea and fruit nice. Baths busy - novice visitors like ourselves would benefit from more info on the different pools and how to get best use out of the different areas as not obvious when there. Everywhere crowded. More info at booking on how to book treatments would have been useful as everything fully booked on day. Also no warning when we booked tickets that baths closing early on the day for staff Christmas party so we had reduced time as arrived later as hoping to experience baths in the dark too. Prior warning that we were getting less time would have been appreciated

The spa is very large with lots of pools and two large outdoor pools. This spaciousness and generosity never gave us the impression that the spa was too full. The different temperature ranges of the pools allow for complete relaxation. We particularly liked the salt steam bath. The opportunity to relax under palm trees included in our ticket was of course a particular highlight. Overall, the visit was extremely relaxing.

Everything went very smoothly. Friendly staff, clean and secure private cabin. Access to the Palm House is a big plus, as the various internal baths are very noisy. I highly recommend this experience!

    The cocktail, the outdoor whirlpool, some of the staff. The warmest pool (not enough of those). Items to improve on: having showers closer to the private dressing cabin, more seating and or fewer people signing up for the drink/fruit at the private area. We had to share a small chair. Nicer people at the exit. They were quite rude to a minor about a lost wristband that had no electronic activated on it. At one point we were getting nervous we'd have the jump the turnstile to exit.

    On the 2nd floor was a nice room with palm trees and comfortable armchairs. There were cocktails and tea, as well as the fruit plate for the Daypalm surcharge. Unfortunately, the bathroom was totally overcrowded and the extra ticket didn't help much. We left after 2 hours. Too bad about the money.

    • Starting August 1, 2025, entry to the bath will no longer be permitted for anyone under the age of 14.
