Very bad experience as it felt like being in an ant hill, dirt and smelly areas everywhere. As for the penotration, everything went very well.

Two of the best activities we have done in Budapest. The beautiful boat ride with a bar in case you want to order something to drink and the baths as the icing on the cake of the trip.

Hello, the environment is nice, the prices are standard, ordering tickets online is also no problem. staff willing to help at the entrance. What I would recommend to change is the catering option. In a spa, the form of food such as fast food is not entirely ideal. There are clients who would like to pay for better quality food than a semi-finished product that can be reheated. The last point is the sunbeds. Allow to pay them in advance when ordering. The form of thrown towels that block them has already been overcome in modern countries. Thank you

The transport connection is great, the subway leaves you at the door, the spa is more than nice and we were lucky that there were not too many people, the entrance was direct. We didn't arrive at opening time but an hour later so we got through the first entrance without queues,

Very beautiful place and an unusual experience too. Phoenix sauna was great, pools were so relaxing including different temperatures for all tastes. Also, the customer service at the front desk staff was really helpful. Finally,the massage was out this world.

Additional information

The sauna nr. 2. the outdoor thermal pool will be closed from March 18th to March 23rd, 2024, due to maintenance work.
Due to technical reasons, the light sauna and the volcano sauna are currently out of order.
It is mandatory to wear slippers in the spa area.
Note that the pools and pool areas must be left 20 minutes before closing time.
Note that the last entry is 1 hour before closing time.
Children under 14 years old can only use the outdoor pool, not indoor pools as they are thermal pools.
