We were at the meeting point just ahead of time and were taken to the end of one of the lines near the entrance. At first, we thought this was a bit disappointing as we still had to queue but we were pleasantly surprised as the wait was less than 5 minutes and we were straight into the Accademia. We had mainly gone to see the David statue so asked the very helpful staff members for directions. Once there we were totally taken aback by the beauty of this artwork. I cried. It was an uplifting and amazing experience and more than we expected. Thank you Headout for a wonderful experience.

When I arrived at the venue a little early, I went straight to the ticket control person. She showed me the meeting point. There was no one there yet. I waited for about fifteen minutes and, with fifteen minutes to go, a girl arrived to attend to the visitors. She gave us all the information, answered any questions, gave us advice about the visit, accompanied us through the entry process and made sure that everyone got in without any problems. She helped us a lot and congratulations to the staff. Suggestion: put up a banner with the company logo and the inscription to wait here.

Loved: pickup of ticket was easy. Lineup for reserved time entry was reasonably well signed and we got into the Gallery at the reserved time. This saved us a lot of time. Didn't Love: we paid for 'Reserved Entry with Host' tickets, but there was no Host. We were just told to take our tickets and get in the line corresponding to our time of entry. I wouldn't spending extra money on the 'with Host' ticket because you get nothing for the extra amount you pay over the price of a ' Reserved Entry' ticket.

The sites are obviously incredible, but it was too crowded and would suggest not doing both in one day.

Accademia entrance perfect, skipped the line without any problem. Uffizi fine although here, because of the larger number of people, we still had to wait in line

Pitti Palace: The Residence Of The Medicis

As you enter the Pitti Palace through its majestic entrance, you can't help but be in awe of its immense size and splendor. As you explore the many lavish rooms of the palace, you'll uncover its secrets and learn about its unique and unconventional history.

Palatine Gallery: The Treasure House Of Medicis
